Public–Private Partnership Monitor: Indonesia

The document was prepared by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Office of Public–Private Partnership (OPPP), in close coordination with the Indonesia Resident Mission.

It seeks to provide the detailed review of the current state of public–private partnership (PPP) enabling environment in Indonesia, including legal framework for healthcare PPPs.

It defines standard contracts used in the social sector which are PPP/concession agreement,  performance-based O&M contract and engineering procurement and construction contract.

It is notable that certain foreign investment restrictions applied for PPP projects in Indonesia.
