Grupo Ortiz and INCOT will be in Charge of Building First PPP Hospital in Colombia

Bosa Hospital is the first social infrastructure in Colombia to be built under PPP scheme, has already completed the financial closure. This means that the implementation of the project may begin next August.

The consortium of two companies – Grupo Ortiz (90%) and INCOT, S.A.C. (10%) will be in charge of the design, construction, equipping, maintenance, operation and financing. It will be the first healthcare infrastructure in Colombia to be executed through public -private partnership and the first public hospital to be LEED certified. The hospital complex comprises a built-up area of 30.000 m2 which will provide healthcare services to benefit 400,000 people.

The Bosa Specialist Medical Hospital will be designed to provide outpatient services, through a Type 2 General Healthcare Centre, and mid and high complexity hospital services providing the public network with 215 beds.
