EOI Issued to Conduct Pre-feasibility Study for PPP Maternity Hospital in Nepal

The Office of the Investment Board of Nepal invites eligible national consulting firms to express their interest to conduct pre-feasibility study for the development, operation and management of Gautam Buddha maternity Hospital to assess the potential to develop a medical center focusing on maternity care in PPP modality.

The proposed project aims to examine the background, project components, financial, environmental & social, and legal analysis, identification of risks, and implementation model of the project.

Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the Office of the Investment Board (OIBN) or visit e-GP system.

The concept of the project is to develop a 200-bed state of the art health care facility that offers affordable, holistic and patient-centric healthcare promoting medical tourism specifically through maternity and related services by capturing the essence of giving birth at the pious birthplace of Gautam Buddha. The hospital is envisaged to provide both physical and spiritual wellness through various medical specialty centers along with holistic wellness centers.
